Introducing Held - a sanctuary for mothers to be supported, seen, and nurtured as they rediscover themselves through movement, breath, and connection. This postpartum and mums & bubs yoga program is a soft place to land, where strength is rebuilt gently, and the profound journey of motherhood is honoured with tenderness and care.
The postpartum period is a time of immense change and movement can be a powerful tool for healing, connection and self-care.
This 5 week postnatal yoga journey with Maddy, is designed to bridge that gap, offering a holistic, community focused space for new mothers and their babies. in each class, Maddy integrates core recovery, breathwork, mindful movement and deep rest, all the while making space for the realities on motherhood like feeding and settling.

Over the 5 week journey, we will explore the following themes:

Week 1: Grounding & Connection
Reconnecting to self and rebuilding awareness of the postpartum body.

Week 2: Core & Stability
Rediscovering strength in the deep core and pelvic floor.
​
Week 3: Strength & Energy
Reintroducing dynamic movement safely.
​
Week 4: Release & Restore
Stretching and relaxation for tension relief.
​
Week 5: Integration & Celebration
Fully body integration and celebration of motherhood with baby massage component.
